616 new positive cases, 12 deaths – latest Covid-19 report in South Carolina

Columbia, South Carolina – South Carolina added 616 new positive Covid-19 cases and 12 additional deaths, the latest DHEC report shows.

Since the start of the pandemic, a total of 474,999 confirmed cases are reported.

The total number of deaths now reaches 8,208.

According to the report, 22,628 molecular tests were conducted. The positivity rate was 3,7%.
