Another food giveaway event to take place on Thursday in Summerville, local church to help those in need

The food distribution events continue in the Lowcountry area as another event is set to take place on Thursday.

According to the latest information, Refuge Bibleway Food Bank Committee Member Loretta Dantzler announced that the free food giveaway event will take place at 215 East 4th North Street at the Refuge Bibleway Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Summerville.

According to her, the event will start at 4:30 p.m. and will last until supplies are out.

She says the public is more than welcome, but people are asked to please stay in your car.
