Charleston Police Department seeking help in identifying and locating a vehicle involved in hit-and-run incident earlier this month

Charleston, South Carolina – The Charleston Police Department is seeking help in identifying and locating a vehicle involved in hit-and-run incident that took place earlier this month.

According to the Charleston PD, officers are looking for an older silver Chevy Silverado involved in the hit-and-run that took place on March 3 in the night hours around 8:30 p.m.

The police said the vehicle struck a pedestrian on Ashley River Road and fled the scene right after the incident.

The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was transferred to hospital for treatment. The police added the vehicle has damages on the driver’s side due to the hit.
