Children steal golf cart in Myrtle Beach, instead of stopping, a man watched and laughed at them

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – Jamiroquai Brockman was arrested and charged following an incident when he allegedly watched kids stealing a golf cart and laughed, instead of trying to stop them.

According to police report, officers were dispatched to the Boardwalk Motel at 2301 North Ocean Boulevard responding to a 911 call for stolen golf cart on April 11.

As a part of the investigation, police took the security footage from the motel and they saw two juveniles steal a golf cart in plain view of Brockman.

It was later revealed that he was the guardian of the two children and he was obligated to take care of them.

Brockman faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
