Crews cleared Overturned truck at I-526, I-26 interchange

Charleston, South Carolina – Crews worked on an overturned truck on the westbound ramp from I-526 to I-26 early Thursday morning.

The incident took place in the four o’clock hour, but officials were still at the scene as of 6:10 a.m.

The Charleston Press reporter reported that a tow truck got there just before 5 a.m. to help move the overturned vehicle.

The ramp had been initially open after the wreck, but was closed as crews worked to upright the truck.

The ramp reopened to traffic around 6:20 a.m.

There has been no word on any injuries at this time.
