Disciplinary action is taken against Dorchester School District Two student after security officer found gun in his school bag

Dorchester County, South Carolina – Security officer found a gun in Dorchester School District Two student’s school bag on Tuesday.

According to local authorities, the incident took place on Tuesday in ort Dorchester High School. The gun was found when the security officer searched the student’s bag.

The Tuesday’s incident didn’t disrupt the school process and didn’t pose threat to students and school staff’s safety.

Dorchester School District Two later confirmed that disciplinary actions were taken against the student.

There is ongoing investigation about the incident.
