Charleston, South Carolina – The police is asking for public help leading to an information for the theft of a dog and four puppies on Johns Island.
According to the reports, the theft occurred on Feb. 17 on Whipperwill Lane on Johns Island.
The dog is a black and white female pit bull mix, with four of its puppies.
The suspects presented them as an armed law enforcement animal control officers and had fake credentials.
Man and a woman performed the act. According to officials, both the male and female were white in their early thirties around 5’11’ to 6 feet tall.
They left the premises in a small sport green car with four doors.
