Food, Beer & Wine Festival in Georgetown took place for the first time ever, local community and business owners hopeful to become annual event

Georgetown, South Carolina – Hundreds of festival goers had great opportunity to spend time with friends and family attending the Food, Beer and Wine festival in Georgetown, a festival that has been organized for the very first time last Saturday.

According to multiple reports, hundreds of people attended the festival where many local restaurant owners served up local specialties.

Since the festival was organized for the first time ever, the Saturday’s event was a great opportunity for area business owners to connect with the local community. Both the local community and the business owners agree that the festival should become an annual event.

“So, the opportunity for my wife and I, family, and associates to be here today not only to share our history, culture, and our knowledge. But also to share part of our story by having like my wife said jam, jellies, pickles. The very products we have here today,” Co-owners of Tastee Treats, Latonya and Michael Allen said.

The festival was also a great opportunity for local craftsmen showcasing their talents, while the attendees had the opportunity to try great food while enjoying live music from local performers.
