Man gets lifetime sentence for killing family of three in 2018, including two teenage girls

Florence County, South Carolina – Antwain Adams, 37-year-old, was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison for killing mother and two daughters in 2018.

Adams pleaded guilty in court Wednesday.

Eight months ago, the State of South Carolina officially announced that they will seek death penalty in this case.

The incident took place on Chaney Grove Road outside of Timmonsville in May of 2018. Adams was charged with three counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.

The victims were a mother and her daughters. The mother was identified as 39-year-old Chereese Lutrica Jackson, while the daughters Breyanna Priscilla Jackson (13) and Nykerria Shanyia Jackson (14). All three of them were shot to death.

Jackson’s husband and their third daughter (8) survived the shooting and are doing good.

According to police report, the husband in an official statement said that he ran outside the house when the shooting occurred and went in his neighbor’s house, saying that his whole family had been shot.

The shooter will remain in jail for life.
