Wednesday morning multi-vehicle crash on I-526 near I-26 interchange led to lanes closure, multiple sources reported.

According to them, authorities are already at the scene for the crash that reportedly occurred around 6:10 a.m.

As of writing the article, at least two lanes are closed while authorities are investigating the scene.

Drivers heading from West Ashley to Mount Pleasant should allow extra time during their morning commutes.

Drivers are advised to avoid the are if possible since it remains unknown when the lanes will be opened again.
