Suspect believed to be responsible for several vehicle break-ins in Georgetown County arrested, police

The suspect identified as the 45-year-old Darrickreco Manillo Laws of Longs believed to be responsible for several vehicle break-ins in Georgetown County was arrested on Thursday, police say.

The suspect was arrested in Horry County on Thursday and he as accused of number of recent break-ins.

According to officials, he is suspected of being involved in a number of auto break-ins around the Debordieu Colony and Prince George communities and had outstanding warrants in Georgetown County.

He was arrested and being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

The investigation about the recent incidents is still ongoing and there will be more arrests in the upcoming period.

Anyone with information regarding the incidents is asked to call 911 or the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at 843-546-5102.
