The South Carolina couple arrested and charged with human trafficking earlier this month released on bond, authorities confirmed

Sumter County, South Carolina – The Sumter County couple who were arrested by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and charged with human trafficking were released from prison on a bond, the authorities confirmed.

According to the incident report, the 60-year-old Tina Mae Epps and her partner, the 69-year-old Will Fullwood, were arrested and charged with trafficking on February 4 following an investigation requested by DSS.

Epps was arrested and charged with trafficking in persons, victim under 18 years of age, while her partner faces several charges.

The available records show that Fullwood is facing several charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful conduct toward a child. He was initially booked in the Dorchester County Detention Center, but later transferred to the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.

He was there served with yet another warrant, trafficking in persons, victim under 18 years of age, SLED confirmed.

According to SLED, the agency has been working on the case together with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, the Sumter Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations.

The case will be prosecuted by the SC Attorney General’s Office.
