Orangeburg County, South Carolina – On Friday, tractor incident in Orangeburg County was fatal for 3-year-old girl, while her brother sustained injuries, the local authorities said.

According to the incident report, the little girl and the boy were hit by the tractor after they fell off the tractor in a field near Moorer Road and Cope Road in the town of Cope just before 12 p.m. on Friday.

Both the girl and the boy suffered serious injuries and were transferred to hospital for treatment. Due to the severe injuries, the girl later died in hospital. The police identified her as Jacqueline Major of Swansea.
