Authorities still searching for missing Burton teenager, asking for community help

Burton, South Carolina – Authorities are still searching for the Burton teenager who was reported missing two weeks ago.

Police are asking for community’s help in order to locate the 15-year-old.

According to police, Lawrence Deaver was last seen on July 9 in the morning hours at his Hosea Road home in Burton.

Meanwhile, authorities received a tip that he has been last seen in the Roseida Road area of Burton, but he remains missing.

Deaver weighs 180 pounds and is 5-feet, 10-inches tall.

Family members said he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants when he left his home on July 9.

Family and police are asking for public’s help in locating the missing teenager.
