Bosch is looking to hire manufacturing technicians in Charleston, the company offers competitive pay and sign-on bonus

Charleston, South Carolina The Covid-19 pandemic caused a lot of problems for everyone, especially for companies that are struggling with worker shortages. In an effort to make their open job positions more attractive to potential employees, many of them are now offering more competitive pay and different kinds of incentives, like a one-time sign-on bonus for those who are going to accept the companies’ offers.

Such is the case with Bosch, a technology services company that offers services in smart homes, smart cities and connected manufacturing. The company is looking to fill their open manufacturing technician positions in Charleston and will be hosting a virtual hiring event for several days until mid-July.

Per the company, interested candidates are asked to schedule an interview on July 7-8 or 11-15. Officials with the company said interviews will be held from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. each day.

In addition, the company said they are offering competitive pay, a $5,000 one-time sign-on bonus, and other benefits.

Those interested should schedule an interview at this link.
