Missing teenage girl reported as runaway, Charleston Police Department is asking for public help

Charleston, South Carolina – The Charleston Police Department is in search of a missing teenage girl after her mother reported the case.

Ja-nye Unique Jenkins, 15-year-old, was last seen on February 27 around 7:30 p.m. According to the police, this is runaway case.

The missing girl was last seen by her mother and at the time she was wearing white Jordans and blue pajamas.

The police added that the girl is around 5’5″ and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Ja-nye often wears her hair in a bun or a bonnet. She has brown eyes and black hair.
