North Charleston police investigating a shooting incident

North Charleston, South Carolina – Police in North Charleston are looking into a shooting incident that occurred near Pepperhill Park.

Officers were sent to Stoneybrook Road at about 8:15 p.m. on Saturday night in response to a complaint of shots being fired.

According to authorities, there were no reported injuries in this incident, but two cars were found to have been struck by the gunfire.

No one has been arrested yet as the investigation is still underway.

Two weeks ago, a shooting at Pepperhill Park ended a youth baseball game.
