CHARLESTON, S.C. – The warming shelter will re-open in Charleston because another cold night is in front of us the City of Charleston confirmed. In addition, CARTA will provide free transportation for those in need.

The center is set to open today at 8 pm, and will remain open until tomorrow (Sunday) 7am. The city says guests must arrive to the Arthur W. Christopher Community Center, at 265 Fishburne Street by 11 p.m. to be checked in.
