Lowcountry Summerville Italian Feast to take place Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Hutchinson Square, celebrating culture, heritage

Another family community event is set to take place downtown Summerville on Sunday.

According to the latest info, Summerville Italian Feast will take place starting 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Hutchinson Square, at the intersection of Main Street and Doty Avenue. The event is free and everyone is invited to join.

According to the organizers of the event, this will be another great opportunity for families to spend quality time with relatives and friends while celebrating Italian culture and heritage.

The organizers added that attendees can experience authentic Italian cuisine, as well as food of all types.

The community is invited to sample the food and enjoy Italian wine and beer.

It’s part of an effort to share a taste of the Old Country in the Lowcountry.

There will be different activities and entertainment for everyone at the event.

Organizers say there will be free parking at the Town Hall parking garage and throughout the surrounding area.
