Saturday evening shooting in North Charleston, several vehicles damaged, no injuries reported

North Charleston, South Carolina – There is ongoing investigation about the Saturday evening shooting that took place in North Charleston.

According to police reports, the incident took place along the 2300 block of Baker Hospital Boulevard around 6:15 p.m.

Officers were dispatched at the scene after witnesses called 911 call reporting two people shooting at each other.

When police arrived on the scene, they arrested one person believed to be involved in the shooting. They were unable to locate the second shooter.

One other person was arrested shortly after the incident, but he was free to go after officers verified he was not involved in the shooting.

Several vehicles were damaged in the incident, but no injuries were reported. Police also found illegal drugs in the area, and those were seized.
