As we already reported earlier this week, the Coastal Carolina Fair is set to start today, Thursday Oct. 28, and will last until November 7.
Coastal Carolina Fair was canceled last year due to pandemic and fairgoers will have another great opportunity to spend time with friends and family in the upcoming period.
Coastal Carolina Fair organizers implemented new bag policy this year for attendees.
According to them, the Coastal Carolina Fair is now only allowing clear bags onto the grounds. The clear bags should not exceed 12x6x12.
Gary Leonard, the spokesperson of the fair, said that more than 250,000 people are expected to visit the fair until November 7.
Just like previous years, the money from the fair will be donated since the fair is non-profit event. In 2019, the organizers donated more than $500,000 back into the community.
Tickets can be purchased at the gates on online. Those interested are recommended to buy tickets online if they want to avoid lines at the gates.
Additionally, Leonard warned the public that fake tickets are being sold recently so he encourages those interested to only buy tickets at the gates, online or at Circle K stores.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for kids.
