South Carolina man missing in Arizona, police asking for public’s help in locating him

South Carolina man has been reported missing in Arizona and the Buckeye Police Department is asking for public’s help in locating him.

According to local authorities, the 24-year-old Daniel Robinson was last seen on June 23 driving away of his job in the desert area west of Sun Valley Parkway.

He didn’t say where he was going or why he was leaving from the job.

Robinson left the parking lot with his blue 2017 Jeep Renegade. Since then, Arizona Civil Air Patrol assisted police with an extensive search by air and land but no signs of Robinson or his vehicle have been found so far.

“He is a very outspoken guy. He loves hiking and things like that. Whatever he would do, he would always tell his sister, me, his mother and always keep the family in the loop. So this is very unusual for him not being able to get anything from him at all,” said his father, David Robinson.

Police say Robinson is 5′8″ tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes with black hair. Robinson is missing part of his forearm including his hand.

The police added that Robinson moved to Arizona for temporarily work for Matrix New World Engineering. He is a major in Archeology and he graduated three years ago at the College of Charleston.

Authorities continue with the search of Robinson and they are now asking for public’s help in locating him or his vehicle.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911, contact the Buckeye Police Department at 623-349-6400 or Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
